My name is Antoinette Watkins and we come from Pretoria. I sold African Candles in South Africa,

and also exported overseas. But the long hours, employee problems and very high rent soon

burned up all my profits!

The same day I signed my Herbalife Distributor application form on 12 February 2005, my husband-

Christo, who was in the IT industry, sequestrated his business and had to take on an IT contract for

half the money we were used to.

I decided to give up my candles business and immediately started working hard as an independent

Herbalife Distributor and was thrilled when within 2 weeks I made R3000!

In those following weeks, we lost our furniture and then our cars. We managed to borrow a car and

I made a choice to do Herbalife until…. Times were tough, but with the incredible support of my up-

line and the retail system of Herbalife, it enabled us to have instant cash flow for our daily

necessities.

full month-March 2005, I earned double what I made with my candles business in half of

the time. Our two beautiful daughters, Chantelle & Elaine, aged 19 and 23 - also joined.

Christo got involved part time and we seriously started to build our business. Our income went up

so much that we were able to buy a new car in just 5 months! Plus we qualified for some wonderful

prizes in the Herbalife World Wide Cup promotion including a watch, I-Pod and an amazing holiday

in Porto Carras, Greece!

In February 2006 we qualified for the Active World Team promotion and also received $500

bonus! We attended the Leadership Development weekend that same month and made the

commitment to work towards qualifying GET Team which we achieved in April 2006. It's been a

real family celebration as Chantelle & Elaine qualified as World Team!

We had 2 choices: Either be the victim of our circumstances, or take responsibility and accept this

amazing business opportunity. We have been through an incredible journey with Herbalife -

Building friendships with Customers & Distributors; Personal Development; Having renewed Hope

and continue to Build a Legacy…
